No. Acumatica maintains the same price for an unlimited number of users.
4. How is the price calculated if I update or add modules during the term of my subscription-based contract?
If you are outside the 90 days of your contract date, you will be prorated in the update/addition for the remainder of your current subscription year.
If you are within 90 days of the date of your contract, you will be prorated in the update/addition for the remainder of your current subscription year, plus you would pay the year of full subscription later.
